Our factory is located in the cool and quiet side of Ciawi, Kabupaten Bogor. Here is where our workers are working hard to produce high-quality soft-toys.

 

Bagaimana proses pembuatan boneka? (How is the process to produce the toys?)

Proses pembuatan boneka semuanya bermula dari proses desain oleh tim desainer kami yang menghasilkan sampel boneka, patrun dan diteruskan dengan proses pemotongan yang menghasilkan potongan-potongan kain untuk pembentukan boneka. Proses awal ini semuanya dilakukan dari kantor pusat di Jakarta maupun di pabrik Ciawi.

The production process begins from the designing process from our designer team that will result in the toys samples, the patterns and followed with the cutting process to produce cuts of cloths that will be used to form the toys. This preliminary process is done in Jakarta head-office as well as Ciawi factory.

Kemudian, tim jahit akan menyatukan semua potongan untuk membentuk kulit boneka. Proses ini membutuhkan usaha terbesar dan orang yang berkemampuan dan detail untuk penyelesaiannya.

Then, our sewing team will put together the cuts to form toy skins. This is the process that requires the most effort to finish and need skilled and detailed people to finish this process.

Setelah selesai proses penjahitan dan skin sudah selesai, proses selanjutnya adalah pemasangan aksesoris seperti mata, hidung, dan lain-lain.

After the sewing process and we have got some toy skins, the next process is the installation of accessories like the eyes, noses, etc

Proses terakhir adalah finishing dan ini adalah proses memasukkan kapas ke dalam skin yang sudah terbentuk dan dilakukan penjahitan penutup. Selesai dengan proses ini maka hasil produksi telah siap di-packing dan di-distribusikan.

The last process is the finishing process and in this process, we fill the skins with cotton and perform finishing stitch to close up the toy. Once this process is done, the produced toys are ready for packing and distribution.

Untuk setiap item yang pernah kita kerjakan, kita sisihkan untuk ditaruh di ruang sampel kami untuk keperluan referensi baik di Internal untuk desain maupun untuk ditawarkan ke pelanggan.

For every item that we have processed, we allow some to be put in our sample room for reference purpose, either for internal design team or for reference to new customers.
